1. Are there any hidden fees like VAT or duties?
Nope! The price you see is the total price you pay—taxes and duties are already included. No extra charges at checkout or when your gear arrives.
2. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa), Western Union, and Bank Transfers. All payments are secure.
3. Is it safe to buy from your site?
Totally safe! Our site uses SSL encryption and meets PCI-DSS security standards so your details are always protected.
4. Do you take orders or payments over the phone?
Sorry, we don’t. To keep your info super secure, all sales go through our protected online checkout.
5. My card payment isn’t working. What can I do?
First, check your card info and make sure your bank allows international purchases. If it still fails, try another payment method or check with your bank. Our support crew can also help.
6. My card was charged but I didn’t get an order confirmation. Help!
That’s usually just a temporary authorization hold—your bank should release it in 3-10 business days. If the money was actually taken out, email us right away with your details so we can fix it.
7. I’m stuck trying to place an order online. Any options?
Yes! Hit up our Customer Support by email or live chat. We’ll help you sort it out or send you a secure link to finish your purchase.

8. Are your jerseys ready to ship?
Most are in stock and ready to go! But during big games, hot team jerseys can sell out fast. Check the product page for live stock status.
9. Can I change my order after I pay?
Maybe—if we haven’t started packing it yet. Contact us ASAP with your order number and what you want to change.
10. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering, as long as we haven’t started preparing it for shipment.
11. How do I cancel?
Email our support team or message us via your account dashboard right away. Include your order number, and we’ll cancel it if possible.
12. How long does shipping to Europe take?
Global shipping usually takes 7-21 business days.
13. Can I track my order?
Definitely! You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your jersey’s journey on the carrier’s site.
14. What if my order hasn’t arrived on time?
Check your tracking info first. If it’s stuck or way past the estimate, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the shipping company.
Returns & Support
15. What’s your return policy?
If you’re not thrilled, you can return unworn, tagged jerseys within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a defect or we made a mistake.
16. How fast are refunds processed?
Once we get your return, we process refunds within 30 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method—your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
17. Do you charge for returns?
You cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. No hidden fees from us.
